We believe that the discipline of a child is achieved through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. Our outdoor areas encourage active play, sensory experiences and discovery with a variety of elements including sand, water, plants and flowers.

Throughout my time at Mountain Munchkin I have worked in all of the classrooms and in I took on the role of full time director. I believe that the cost families pay to have their children in our service deserves our best and nothing less than that.

Our long-term program goals include helping children: For children to discover in nature with exploring, experiments and curiosity. When the child shows that he or she is ready to demonstrate acceptable behavior, they are encouraged to join the rest of the group to try again. Having three children of our own, we understand how difficult it must be to leave your child in someone else's care. First children need to believe in themselves, have healthy self esteem and confidence as the platform for all dimensions of the healthy whole child to be successful.
